Apartments

The apartments are normally found in small blocks, of no more than four floors, surrounded by a garden area which often includes a swimming pool and in some cases a paddle-tennis court. Their layout is as follows:

• Small hall, that may be fitted with a hall wardrobe.
• Lounge-dining room, fitted with an American-style kitchen, often with a breakfast bar. In some cases the kitchen may be independent and have a small balcony for drying clothes.
• Bedroom, with a fitted wardrobe, which is normally lined and finished.
• Complete bathroom.

The heating and hot water are normally run on natural gas, with an individual boiler; in some apartments, the air-conditioning system is used to provide heating, in which case hot water is supplied by means of an electric boiler.

In most cases the apartment comes with a parking space, which is situated in the basement. The price for renting this type of dwelling ranges between 540 and 842 Euros, depending basically on the age of the property, whether there is a garage and swimming pool, and on the type of kitchen (independent or American) in the apartment.
