Two-Bedroom Flat

The flats with two bedrooms are normally found in small blocks, of no more than four floors, surrounded by a garden area which often includes a swimming pool and in some cases a paddle-tennis court.

Their layout is as follows:

• Hall, which may include a hall wardrobe.
• Lounge-dining room, often with a glazed balcony.
• Two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes.
• Complete bathroom, normally adjoining the main bedroom.
• Second bathroom, which is either complete or at least fitted with a shower or small bath.
• Kitchen, normally fitted with furniture and very often with the basic white goods too.
• Balcony for drying clothes.

The heating and hot water are normally run on natural gas, with an individual boiler; in some flats, the air-conditioning system is used to provide heating, in which case hot water is supplied by means of an electric boiler.

In most cases the flat comes with a parking space, which is situated in the basement of the building, and sometimes there is also a small storeroom.

The price for renting this type of dwelling ranges between 782 and 1.082 Euros, depending basically on the situation, the age of the property and whether there is a garage and swimming pool.
