Three-Bedrooms

The flats with three bedrooms are normally found in buildings which contain larger dwellings. The number of floors varies between four and six. These buildings are surrounded by garden areas which normally include a playground, swimming pool and in some cases a paddle-tennis court. In the buildings with top-range dwellings there are also such interior facilities as saunas and gyms for use by the residents of the building. In this type of dwelling there is often a doorman and sometimes a 24-hour doorman service.

Their layout is as follows:

• Hall, normally fitted with a hall wardrobe.
• Lounge-dining room, with a glazed balcony. Its size normally makes it possible to give a distinct character to the living room area and the dining area.
• Three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. There is often an additional wardrobe situated in the corridor. There is a complete bathroom, normally adjoining the main bedroom, and a complete second bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with furniture and in many cases with the basic white goods too. The kitchen is normally large enough to enable the demarcation of an office area.
• Balcony for drying clothes.

The heating and hot water are run on natural gas, with an individual boiler; the air conditioning is top-range. In most cases there is also a parking space available, situated in the basement of the property, and sometimes there is also a storeroom. It is normal to have the option of renting a second parking place. The price of renting this type of dwelling ranges between 900 and 1.500 Euros, depending basically on the situation, age of the property, usable space and whether there is a garage, swimming pool and/or additional services.
