Four-Bedrooms

Four-BedroomsThe dwellings with four bedrooms are normally found in prestigious buildings, some of which, essentially those built in the 1970s and 1980s, are emblematic of the area. The number of floors varies between four and six. These buildings are always accompanied by a garden area, a playground for children, swimming pool and in some cases a paddle-tennis or even a tennis court. In the top-range buildings there are normally also interior facilities for use by the residents, such as a gym, sauna and hall for functions. They have a doorman service, which in many cases is on a 24-hour-a-day basis.

Their layout is as follows:

  • Spacious hall, fitted with a hall wardrobe.
  • Lounge-dining room, with a glazed balcony. Its size normally makes it possible to give a distinct character to the living room and dining area. In the top-range apartments the lounge and dining area are in different rooms.
  • Four bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. There are normally one or two additional wardrobes outside the bedrooms.
  • Complete bathroom, normally adjoining the main bedroom, often finished in marble.
  • One or two secondary bathrooms, complete.
  • An additional toilet with washbasin.
  • Kitchen, fitted with furniture and in many cases with all the basic white goods too.
  • Office or separate area within the kitchen which can be assigned such a purpose.
  • Balcony for drying clothes.

In some dwellings there is a section for the services, with a separate entrance, bedroom and bathroom. The heating and hot water are either central or individual with an individual boiler.

In most cases there is a parking space available, situated in the basement of the property, and sometimes there is also a storeroom. It is normal to have the option of renting a second parking place.

The price of renting this type of dwelling ranges between 1.200 and 1.800 Euros, depending basically on the situation, age of the property, useful space and whether there is a garage, swimming pool and/or additional services. There are some apartments of exceptional size and quality whose monthly rent is higher than the figures quoted above.
